沼氣中含有多中氣體,其中H2S是一種具有惡臭的腐蝕性氣體,如果不經(jīng)過脫硫凈化,對后續(xù)的管道、沼氣柜、燃氣燃燒設備等都具有很強的腐蝕性。而且H2S燃燒后產(chǎn)生SO2,其濃度羅高,這樣的高濃度的SO2不僅會嚴重腐蝕燃燒設備,而且也會影響后期燃燒后的煙氣排放標準備。因此必須對沼氣進行脫硫凈化。沼氣脫硫采用干法脫硫,填料為氧化鐵脫硫劑。氧化鐵脫硫的主要機理是催化、氧化與吸附作用。當含有H2S的沼氣通過氧化鐵床層時, 在常壓下發(fā)生放熱反應,并在氧化鐵表面上被催化氧化成硫離子,其生成物被氧化鐵吸咐,以達到脫硫目的。
Biogas contains multiple gases, among which H2S is a corrosive gas with a foul odor. Without desulfurization and purification, it has strong corrosiveness on subsequent pipelines, biogas cabinets, gas combustion equipment, etc. Moreover, the combustion of H2S produces SO2, which has a high concentration. Such high concentrations of SO2 not only seriously corrode combustion equipment, but also affect the smoke emission standards after later combustion. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out desulfurization and purification of biogas. Dry desulfurization is adopted for biogas desulfurization, with iron oxide desulfurizer as the filler. The main mechanism of iron oxide desulfurization is catalysis, oxidation, and adsorption. When biogas containing H2S passes through the iron oxide bed, it undergoes an exothermic reaction at atmospheric pressure and is catalyzed to oxidize to sulfur ions on the surface of the iron oxide. The product is absorbed by the iron oxide to achieve desulfurization.
當運行一段時間后,若脫硫塔出口接近設計值,說明該塔填料已經(jīng)飽和,失去脫硫能力, 需要更換。更換時,關閉進氣閥,并用氮氣吹掃脫硫塔直至氣體檢測合格后,打開人孔及卸料孔,更換填料。脫硫塔進出口均設置氣體取樣嘴,以便化驗取樣。
After running for a period of time, if the outlet of the desulfurization tower approaches the design value, it indicates that the tower's packing has become saturated and lost its desulfurization capacity, requiring replacement. When replacing, close the intake valve and blow the desulfurization tower with nitrogen until the gas detection is qualified. Then, open the manhole and discharge hole and replace the packing. Gas sampling nozzles are installed at the inlet and outlet of the desulfurization tower for laboratory sampling.

若氣體中含O2,當O2/H2S>2.5 時,脫硫再生反應可實現(xiàn)連續(xù)再生,則上述反應式合并為: Fe2O3·H2O

氧化鐵脫硫劑再生是一個放熱過程,如果再生過快,放熱劇烈,脫硫劑容易起火燃燒,一定要控制好再生溫度。
